Servicing by post...
Other end of the country? we can offer many service items by post!
For example... if you are happy to do most of the work yourself , not only can we send you the parts you need, we can do some of the tricky bits for you. Remove your heads from the motor and put them in a box, we'll then have them collected, check the valve clearances and condition of the rockers, cams etc and send them back to you with a new gasket set ready to bolt on. The same applies to fork and shock rebuilds, bottom end rebuilds or even complete engines.
We do this for many dealers who are happy to do most of the work themselves.
We arrange the collection and delivery for you.
Bike Collection...
We can arrange to collect your Ducati for its service and even deliver it back to you when its done.

Alternatively, we can drop you to Winchester train station after you have brought your bike in and collect you when its done.
Saturday services...
As most riders have day jobs! we are happy for you to bring your bike in for its service the Saturday before and collect it the Saturday after - we dont charge storage.
Same day services...
1st services take 3-4 hours and can be collected the same day.
For 2nd/3rd services we prefer to have your bike overnight - This is simply due to the time we take over each service and we prefer to have time to investigate anything we find on the bike that needs attention.
We can arrange to complete the annual (2nd) service in a day if specifically required, but we do ask you book well ahead.
Service Courtesy bikes...
Although we can't offer a full time Courtesy bike, as part of our aftersales service, when we supply your new Ducati we make available one of our test bikes to you to use while your bike is with us for the day (you also get the 1st service at a discounted rate). This needs to be booked in advance.
