ON TRACK RIDING Option for Day 1
We will begin on the ‘International’ circuit running out of the all new Silverstone ‘Wing’ pits. Registration and welcome will still take place at the National Pit Garages.
This will be split into 3 groups dependant on ability and preference at time of booking: Novice, Intermediate and Expert (subject to availability)
There will be on-track instructors who can help for a session as well as our race team staff who will help you prepare your bike for the first session.
Then Lunch is provided.
For some variety they are running 2 tracks, the National and the new International track (previously called Southern) so we swap over at lunch time allowing all Riders to learn the full Moto GP circuit (minus 2 corners) in smaller manageable chunks.
Limited to just 150 riders (3 groups of 50)
TRAINING Option for Day 1
Training will be offered under the tutelage of The California Superbike School. The day will begin on the National circuit and will then switch to the new International circuit after lunch to continue.
The Training day consists of 3 classroom sessions and 5 track sessions assisted on track by CSS Coaches. The focus of this training format is to work on areas such as Entry Speed, Throttle Control and Steering Input making a smoother rider and to ensure you get the most your Ducati.

Some notes from Ducati UK for the event..
All riders to provide;
A valid DVLA Full (not provisional), unrestricted (not 33bhp restricted) licence issued by the DVLA or the equivalent foreign licence issued in the riders country of residence. ACU licences are also permitted for the event. Please remind customers to bring your licence (both parts) on the day.
A Road or Track prepared motorcycle in good condition both mechanically and cosmetically and fit for the purpose to which it is intended.
Full riding Kit – One piece suit or 2 piece zip (front and back) together leathers, full face motorcycle helmet, motorcycle boots and gloves. PLEASE NOTE: Textile clothing is not permitted to be used at this circuit.
Noise Testing
Noise monitors are located around the circuit – Noise limit for both days is 105dba. No refunds or credits will be given should a bike fail a noise test. We believe a standard Ducati will be under 105dba but you should note that tired race cans often make a Ducati louder than this, just call us for any advise on this.
Track Day Insurance
Please note that your road insurance will NOT cover your bike on track, and that Ducati UK do not cover you or your bike whilst at this event. Track Day insurance is available and Ducati will include some contacts in their confirmation letter sent out prior to the event.
Photographer
Gary Bailey of Picman will be on site to take photos of the day, and will have enough photographers around the circuit to ensure every Rider is individually photographed. For the Parade Lap photos, more general shots will be taken. Customers are able to buy photos on the day/s direct from Picman who will be situated in the National Pit Lane Garages. If anyone does not want to be photographed, on track, in Pit Lane or Paddock then they must let an organiser know on entry to the event.
Track Discipline
California Superbike School will be responsible for all activity on track and in the Pit Lane. Any inappropriate behaviour, or unsafe bikes/riding gear in Pit Lane or on Track can result in your customer being removed from the event. Course Control will have full authority from Ducati UK and their decision is final.
