New bike Warranty…
As we have a habit of doing things a bit differently, all the new bikes from us are fully checked and test ridden before you get them, as specialist dealers, we know what to look for on each model. Our pre delivery inspection covers more than even Ducati require and is second to none, see the servicing page for details.
All new Ducatis from Moto Rapido are covered by a comprehensive, unlimited mileage, factory warranty from the day you collect it for 2 years.
In addition, you are protected by the Ducati Assistance package. This is a full 2 year breakdown and recovery service, Covering all of Europe Click here for details.
This year, for the first time form selected dealers, the complete warranty/assistant package can be extended to include a 3rd years cover.

Used bike Warranty…
As Ducati specialists, we ensure that every bike sold is fully up to date with its service schedule (on its time limit as well as mileage!). AND fully checked for things we know go wrong with each model. No Ducati is ever sold without a full workshop inspection first. However, as fussy as we are with selection of used bike, all things mechanical can go wrong.
Approved used Ducati... Moto Rapido approved used Ducatis can now be supplied with a 12 month factory warranty and Ducati Assistance package identical to the warranty offered with our new bikes.
As our used bikes meet the standard required by Ducati, this is available for all Ducatis up to 5 years old and is a fully factory backed world wide warranty, see new bike warranties above for details.
Please note: We take pride in making sure every Ducati is just as you would expect, even though your Ducati may be covered by the factory warranty we would like the opportunity to put right anything that may go wrong, often these are small things that we can quickly put right without having to make warranty claims, saving you time away from your Ducati.
Included with each bike sold is our standard warranty as follows:
Motorcycles up to 2 years old : Ducati factory warranty (up to 24 months old)
Motorcycles up to 4 years old : Parts and Labour warranty*, 6 months cover, unlimited mileage
Motorcycles over 4 years old : Parts and Labour warranty*, 4 months cover, unlimited mileage
*full written details of what is covered by your warranty is provided with your new motorcycle.
